Bishop Robert Raphael, the General Superintendent of Kaanan Bible Church, was born in 1973 in Muleba District, Kagera Region, Tanzania. He is married to Stella Kaihula, and together they are blessed with two children, James and Rightness.

With a deep passion for God’s calling, Bishop Robert began his ministry journey at Full Gospel Bible Fellowship Church in Karagwe, where he served faithfully before joining Deeper Life Bible Church. In 2017, led by the vision of winning souls and expanding the Kingdom of God, he established Kaanan International Ministry (Kaanan Bible Church) in Karagwe, Kagera.

Bishop Robert is known for his unwavering commitment to preaching the Gospel with a strong emphasis on holiness, integrity, evangelism, and a deep love for God. His ministry continues to inspire and transform lives as he leads with humility, dedication, and a clear vision of harvesting souls for Christ.
