✨ Music Department – Kaanan Bible Church

The Music Department of Kaanan Bible Church is dedicated to glorifying God through songs of praise and worship. Music is a powerful tool that God uses to touch hearts, heal souls, and proclaim His Word.

The Bible says:

  • “Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth.” – Psalm 96:1

  • “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.” – Psalm 150:6

  • “Addressing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart.” – Ephesians 5:19

  • “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.” – Acts 16:25

Our Mission

Through worship, we aim to:

  • Lift the name of Jesus high through praise and worship sessions.

  • Lead believers into God’s presence during church services and special events.

  • Use music as a tool of evangelism both in the church and in the wider community.

  • Build a platform where gifts and talents in music are nurtured for God’s glory.

Kaanan Choir Tanzania

Our official choir, the Kaanan Choir Tanzania, is active on YouTube where we share worship songs, praise sessions, and live performances that inspire faith and encourage spiritual growth. Through digital media, our music now reaches thousands both locally and internationally.

As Scripture declares:

“God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” – John 4:24

The Music Department continues to stand as a vessel for God’s glory, preparing the hearts of people for the move of the Holy Spirit through the ministry of music.
